Condolences on the passing of President John Arthur Taggart
Dear members of the BDC Pensioners Association,
It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of our esteemed President, John
Arthur Taggart who left us on January 30, 2024.
John's dedication and exceptional leadership during his tenure as President of the BDC
Pensioners Association since 2020, as well as his incredible career in the banking industry and
with BDC before he retired in 1995 as Assistant Vice President, Credit, in Vancouver, will
always be remembered with fondness and gratitude.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones, and to you, our members of
the Association.

Clarence Riach, a pensioner, passed away, February 14 2022. He was living in Coquitlam B.C.

Douglas K. Chapman pensioner living in Islington, Ontario passed away February 7, 2022.

Joyce Elaine Lane, a Surviving Spouse passed away January 23rd, 2022

David Reid, surviving spouse member, passed away January 19 2022. He was living in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Selina Sam passed away December 13 2021. She was a pensioner living in Burnaby, BC.

Katharina Schulz passed away November 12th 2021. She was a Surviving Spouse Member from Lethbridge, (Alberta).

Jean-Yves Bernier passed away November 10th 2021 in Saint-Laurent (Quebec)

Gael Goodman passed away November 26 2021 in Cornwall, Prince Edward Island. She was a member surviving David Goodman, predeceased October 10th 2021.

James J. Lawrence, a pensioner who used to live in Kingston Ontario passed away November 1st, 2021
